Article 9. Withdrawal/Return - Replacement of products
Within the obligations and values of our company is to be satisfied, for this reason it checks your order (where you allow us to do so) and does the final technical quality control of them.
If, nevertheless, an item due to material failure or inability to check (due to sealed) packaging presents a problem, you have the option of replacing it from the moment the product is actually defective and not due to bad or wrong use.
The products should be checked by the customer upon delivery by the carrier and in his presence. In the event that there is a problem with the packaging or it has been altered - something inside it is broken, this should be certified by the carrier and within 2 working days of receipt, Velonaki should also be informed by the customer.
The transport costs of the return and its replacement will be ours only in the event that the product is manufacturing defective, in any other case the transport costs are borne by the customer.
The final technical check for the approval and replacement of the product for any manufacturing error or material failure takes place only after it is checked by our company. Under no circumstances will refunds be accepted, only replacement of products.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to replace products within the period of 2 days from the date of receipt if they are problematic/defective and upon communication and approval by us. Our online store is not responsible for any product damage if it occurs during transport through the postal service. The responsibility lies with the transport company. Under no circumstances will refunds be accepted, only replacement of the products if they are problematic/defective and not due to the customer's withdrawal.
Order cancellation
i. After completion of the order by the customer, its cancellation is not accepted for any reason.
ii. In the event that one of the selected items is in short supply and the page has not been updated, the order will not be cancelled. velonaki.gr is obliged to offer the customer alternative solutions for the product that is in short supply. If there is a financial difference with the new proposal and the price is higher, the customer must cover it. If the new product is at a lower price, velonaki.gr must refund the difference. In the event that these solutions are not accepted, velonaki.gr is obliged to refund the money paid by the customer, only for the item that is in short supply and in no case for the entire order.
